Every child deserves to experience the magic of Christmas in a way that feels comfortable, enjoyable and truly special. That’s why we’ve worked closely with Santa Claus to create our Relaxed Santa Experience – a carefully designed visit offering extra time, a peaceful environment and a personalised approach for children and young people who benefit from a calmer setting.
When booking, simply select your preferred time slot and let us know about your loved one’s individual needs. You’re also very welcome to contact us before your visit so we can discuss how to make the experience as magical and stress-free as possible. Siblings without additional needs are warmly welcomed too.
On arrival, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly team members who will help you settle in, familiarise you with the surroundings and talk through the visit. You’ll also receive a visual timeline storyboard to help prepare your loved one for each stage of their magical experience.
Before meeting Santa, enjoy an exclusive one-to-one small animal petting session with our caring team. Then it’s time for your private visit with Santa himself. Our kind, softly spoken Santa will tailor the experience to suit your child’s needs. He can welcome you inside his gently lit grotto, chat outdoors if preferred, remain seated at a comfortable distance or even sit on the floor for a more relaxed conversation. Every visit is adapted to create a magical experience that feels right for your family.
Each child will also be invited to choose their own special gift from Santa, with sensory-friendly gift options available.
After your visit, you’re welcome to spend time in our dedicated sensory transition room – a peaceful, calming space designed to help families relax before continuing to enjoy the rest of their day at the farm.
If your family enjoys a busier festive atmosphere, our standard Christmas Experience may be the perfect choice. However, for those who prefer a quieter, more personalised visit with extra time and support, our Relaxed Santa Experience offers a truly magical Christmas encounter tailored to your family’s needs.
