Tickets are non-refundable.

Prices are correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

Pumpkin Patch & Halloween Fang-tastic Festival – one pumpkin free for each child with a paid farm park entry ticket, subject to availability. This includes children within a paid family entry ticket and child annual pass holders – one pumpkin per child annual pass holder in total.

A free pumpkin is NOT available to child visitors gaining farm park entry under a complimentary family pass, a complimentary one adult/one child goes free pass, 50% discounted pass (unless the 50% off is an offer advertised for a specific date on social media) or within a group/party rate.

Carer information – a registered carer is able to purchase a heavily discounted ticket for general entry (not including separate special events listed on our Digitickets homepage) to Matlock Farm Park. This carer ticket can be bought ahead of the visit online or on the day at the park. Please note, a registered carer visitor is only entitled to reduced general entry to Matlock Farm Park upon presentation of an identification badge provided by a local council or private care organisation OR upon presentation of a DLA/PIP OR a relevant Access card and only when the person they care for accompanying them pays full entrance fee.

Any discounts or offers displayed online or elsewhere are available for limited quantities and periods only. Our Parent & Toddler Offer and Senior Citizen Meal Deal offer as shown on the Offers page of our website are not available to purchase online, only in person at the farm park on the day of visiting. Once purchased online or in person at Matlock Farm Park, tickets shall not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Management reserve the right to cancel any offer or discount at any time without any prior notice.

Our Parent & Toddler Coffee Morning offer and Senior Citizen Meal Deal offer are only valid Monday-Fridays, term time only, as per the term dates displayed on our Offers page of this website. These deals are not valid on Bank Holidays, Easter Weekends or special event days as listed on our website’s What’s On page. For the Parent & Toddler deal, visitors must enter the farm park before 4pm to qualify and a free hot drink is only available when it is ordered before 11.30am from a Matlock Farm Park owned catering outlet. A second adult with the child can receive discounted entry of £11.50, although this does not include a free hot drink.

The Senior Citizen Meal Deal is for visitors over 60 years and this specific meal deal ticket must be purchased on the door to redeem food in the cafe. Meals for this deal are on a special separate menu to the main cafe menu. Entry to the farm park and ordering the meal must be before 2.30pm.

An under 2 is free with each accompanying paying adult, unless attending with an adult on our Parent & Toddler offer, in which case up to two under 5s are included on the offer with one accompanying adult. Any extra children between the age of 1-2 years are charged entry of £5.00 each. Extra children 2 years and over are charged prices as listed on our website prices page and Digitickets portal.

Discounts for NHS/Armed Forces are 10% off entry price solely for the person who is employed by such organisations. Relevant NHS/Armed Forces ID must be shown on arrival or a surcharge may be applied for entry. Other members in the group are required to pay normal entry prices as displayed for the day of the visit.

Kids go FREE offers which run from time to time, refer to one child (2-16 years) having free entry for general farm park day entry, only when a special combined ‘One adult with one free child’ ticket has been purchased online or ‘on the door’. This offer does not run for the named Christmas events of Breakfast with Santa, Autism Friendly Santa sessions nor Santa’s Grotto experience. The Kids go FREE offer cannot run with any other offer.

Visitors traveling to Matlock Farm Park by the X17 bus receive 10% off individual adult, child and concession general day tickets when bought on the door on arrival upon presentation of the bus ticket used to reach the farm park. The bus ticket marked with the farm park destination must be dated the same day as visiting the farm park. Visitors under the X17 offer also receive 10% off the Parent & Toddler Coffee Morning Deal or the Senior Citizen Meal Deal. This offer may be used on Bank Holiday Weekends and on special event dates where separate event tickets are sold instead of general day tickets.

Discounts for residents staying at named accommodation providers which are in partnership with Matlock Farm Park apply only on full paying general day tickets, not on separate special events, or offers or other discounts.

No offer runs in conjunction with another offer, with the exception of the X17 10% off being applied to Parent & Toddler Coffee Morning Deal and Senior Citizen Meal Deal.

Matlock Farm Park reserve the right to withdraw any offers at any time.

Management reserve the right to refuse admission to visitors who are behaving inappropriately, threatening staff or carrying out an illegal act. This list of reasons is non-exhaustive.

Online Booking

Prices are correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without notification. This does not affect tickets already purchased online. The online booking system permits the customer to purchase tickets for a specific date with a specific arrival time as displayed on the ticket. Tickets which have a date that has expired will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse entry to those arriving later than their arrival time slot.

Please print out your ticket purchase confirmation with bar code and present upon arrival at the farm park OR show it to our staff on your smart phone upon arrival.

Refunds cannot be given unless Matlock Farm Park has to close for any unexpected reason on a given day. In such a situation, a full refund of the purchase will be given to the purchaser for that day’s pre-booked ticket. Should this situation arise, we will email purchasers with details or you may wish to email enquiries@matlockfarmpark.co.uk .

Gift Vouchers and Complimentary day passes

No gift voucher, complimentary day pass or kids go free voucher is valid for use on the day of the annual Peak District Highland Games.

Complimentary day passes and Kids go free vouchers are not valid on Easter weekends or Bank Holiday weekends. They are both only valid for general farm park entry and not for use for Christmas special events or any other special events that require separate event tickets instead of general day tickets.

No gift voucher or pass to run in conjunction with any other offer/voucher.

No gift voucher is valid unless it has a certified serial number (and an authorisation signature if it is a card voucher supplied directly by Matlock Farm Park).

Monetary gift vouchers are available to use for farm park entry, at Matlock Farm Park owned catering outlets, riding lessons, alpaca treks and in our shops.

Management reserve the right to refuse admission to visitors who are behaving inappropriately, threatening staff or carrying out an illegal act. This list of reasons is non-exhaustive.

Annual Passes

A Matlock Farm Park Annual Pass is heavily discounted and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The Annual Pass may be used any time and only for general park entry when Matlock Farm Park is open, however for the Peak District Highland Games event and special Christmas events, annual pass holders will receive a discount on those event tickets.

Annual pass holders receive a 10% discount on many items in the shop, cafe and other catering outlets. The valid annual pass must be shown to staff at the point of purchase. The discount does not apply to confectionary, crisps, alcoholic drinks, animal food and pony ride tokens. Neither does the discount apply to purchases of annual passes, tickets or bookings of any kind which relate to entry and activity within the farm park.

With an annual pass, if the pass holder has a registered carer, the carer will be required to purchase a heavily discounted carer day ticket, priced at £5.50, each time they attend the park with the annual pass holder they care for. This can be purchased online prior to visiting or on the door, on the day of the visit. The carer will only be permitted farm park entry on a discounted carer ticket with evidence of carer status, as stated in our carer information above.

An Annual Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable and will only admit the named Annual Pass holder(s). It must be shown on each visit to gain entrance to the Park.

As annual passes are already heavily discounted, annual pass holders will not be able to access other offers and discounts run by the farm park which apply to day entry ticket holders.

There will be a £5 administration fee to replace an Annual Pass if lost or damaged.

Normal Terms and Conditions of entry to Matlock Farm Park apply.

All benefits attributed to the Annual Pass will apply to the ‘named Annual Pass Holder(s) only’.

The Management reserve the right to refuse entry, issue or withdraw an Annual Pass and to alter the programme of events, opening times, prices and terms and conditions without prior notice. Reasons for refusal of entry may be if the visitor is behaving inappropriately, in a threatening manner or carrying out an illegal act. Withdrawal of an annual pass may occur if inappropriate behaviour is consistent or the use of the pass has been exploited, for instance by sharing the pass to gain farm park entry for individuals not named on the annual pass. Such reasons for refusal of entry, issue or withdrawal are non-exhaustive.

Annual Pass holders are reminded that for operational, technical, safety or other reasons, any advertised exhibits, attractions or facilities on site may be closed, removed, altered or unavailable at any time. No refund or discount on ticket prices will be offered should any of these circumstances arise, regardless of the duration of such circumstances.

An Annual Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
